Cimzia is prescribed by a doctor for certain conditions. If your doctor has prescribed it, or is considering it, we can take it from there: we handle the referral paperwork with their office. Filling out our form works the same if you are asking for yourself or for someone you care for.

We start checking your insurance as soon as we hear from you. Once your referral and approval are complete, most patients can book their first visit within days.

Most plans cover Cimzia when your doctor shows it is medically necessary. Every plan is different, so we check yours first and tell you exactly what it covers and what you would owe, before you commit to anything.
